Requirements Profile
Ideally, you have completed greenkeeper training focusing on sports turf and have already gained experience in professional football, at a football club, or alternatively on a golf course.
Leadership experience or further training as a head greenkeeper is an advantage, but not strictly required. Practical experience, technical understanding, a structured way of working, and a strong sense of responsibility are particularly important.
A category B driving licence is required. Due to match operations, you should also be willing to work flexibly – especially on weekends, public holidays, and match days.
You must be able to communicate in either German or English .
