We support you with four solutions: temporary agency work (Zeitarbeit), direct permanent placement, payroll (salary and wage accounting), and customized HR solutions. In temporary staffing, employees remain employed by work great and work in your company. We take care of employment, payroll, and all legal obligations – you benefit from full flexibility without administrative effort.

Costs are determined by qualifications, assignment duration, and the applicable collective agreement provisions. We will provide you with a transparent, individual offer with a clear billing rate – no hidden costs.

The assigned temporary workers are employed by work great. As the hirer, you direct and supervise their activities on site and, pursuant to § 6 AÜG, are considered the employer for occupational health and safety purposes. We handle payroll, social insurance, and personnel administration.

If an employee should unexpectedly not be suitable, we will arrange a replacement promptly after consultation. Your satisfaction is our top priority.

In the first step, we clarify your needs and the desired requirement profile together. We then select suitable candidates, present them to you and organise the assignment. Throughout the entire collaboration, we are available to you as your personal contact.

With temporary staffing (temporary agency work), employees remain employed by work great and work flexibly in your company – ideal for peak orders and temporary needs. With permanent placement, you hire the placed specialist directly and permanently; our fee is success-based and only incurred upon successful placement.

We take care of the complete payroll for your employees: monthly wage and salary accounting, social insurance registrations and deregistrations, as well as evaluations and certificates – legally compliant in accordance with the collective agreement and labour law.
