The assigned temporary workers are employed by work great. As the hirer, you direct and supervise their activities on site and, pursuant to § 6 AÜG, are considered the employer for occupational health and safety purposes. We handle payroll, social insurance, and personnel administration.

If an employee should unexpectedly not be suitable, we will arrange a replacement promptly after consultation. Your satisfaction is our top priority.
