What to expect

• CNC Turning – Manufacturing components on CNC lathes and machining centers according to technical drawings and specifications.
• Tooling & Setup – Setting up machines as well as selecting and changing tools and clamping devices.
• Quality Control – Measuring and inspecting finished workpieces for dimensional accuracy, tolerances, and surface finish.
• Process Monitoring – Monitoring the manufacturing process as well as identifying and resolving minor malfunctions and deviations.

What you bring to the table

• Professional experience – Experience as a lathe operator, CNC turner, or in a comparable role (no programming skills required).
• Technical understanding – Confident reading and implementation of technical drawings, dimensions, and tolerances.
• Measurement technology – Experience in using standard measuring and testing equipment for quality control.
• German language skills – German language skills at B1 level for communication in the workplace.
• Precision – Independent, reliable, and quality-conscious way of working.
