What to expect

• Requirements analysis – Analysis of customer requirements and business processes as well as creation of concepts, documentation, and implementation documents.
• System evaluation – Assessment and selection of suitable software and system solutions regarding functionality, integration, cost-effectiveness, and long-term usability.
• Project conception – Development of implementation strategies and technical concepts based on functional requirements as well as definition of required work packages and solution approaches.
• Project management – Coordination of project phases including prioritization, stakeholder alignment, and monitoring of progress and quality.
• Implementation – Accompanying the introduction of new solutions from implementation through testing and training to productive use.
• Timely execution – Careful, accurate, and on-time execution of all tasks.
• Communication & Collaboration – Clear communication and close, cross-departmental collaboration with all internal departments.

What you bring

• Education - Completed education in IT (HTL, FH, university) or equivalent qualification.
• Experience - Several years of experience in software development, as a Solution Engineer, IT Project Manager, or in a comparable position.
• Conceptual skills - Ability to systematically capture functional and technical requirements and translate them into sustainable solution concepts.
• Communication skills - Confident demeanor and professional communication when interacting with clients, departments, and technical contacts.
• Working style - Analytical thinking, high level of personal responsibility, and a structured, solution-oriented approach.
• Working style & social skills – Independent and structured working style as well as strong team and communication skills.
