What awaits you

• Assembly and commissioning of split, VRF, cooling, and commercial refrigeration systems
• Laying, connecting, and insulating refrigerant and control lines
• Installation of compressors, heat exchangers, valves, controllers, and MSR components
• Filling, evacuating, and monitoring refrigerant circuits in accordance with regulations
• Performing functional tests, pressure tests, and leak checks
• Fault analysis and troubleshooting of air conditioning and refrigeration systems
• Documentation of maintenance, measurement results, and repairs
• Work in a fixed team of skilled worker and assistant
• On-time execution – Careful, precise, and timely execution of all tasks.
• Communication & collaboration – Clear communication and close, cross-departmental collaboration with all internal departments.

What you bring

• Training or experience in refrigeration, air conditioning, or ventilation technology (skilled worker); helpers with hands-on experience are also welcome
• Assembly and commissioning of split, VRF, cooling, and commercial refrigeration systems
• Laying, connecting, and insulating refrigerant and control lines
• Installation of compressors, heat exchangers, valves, and controllers
• Performing functional tests, pressure tests, and leak checks
• German language skills from B1
• Willingness to travel for assembly work
• Work style & social competence – Independent and structured work style as well as strong team and communication skills.
• Personal qualities – Flexibility, reliability, and high performance orientation.
