What awaits you

• Complete execution of thermal insulation facades
• Gluing and doweling of insulation boards on facade surfaces
• Reinforcing, priming, and applying the top coat
• Preparing the substrates by cleaning, leveling, and priming
• Working from scaffolding according to plan and site management specifications
• Visual inspection of finished surfaces for flatness and surface appearance
• Clean completion and handover of facade sections
• Timely execution – Careful, accurate, and on-time execution of all required work.
• Communication & Collaboration – Clear communication as well as close, cross-departmental collaboration with all internal departments.

What you bring

• Experience as a façade worker — complete and independent full thermal insulation
• Gluing and doweling insulation boards, reinforcing, priming and applying the top coat
• Safe handling of scaffolding and working at heights
• Clean and precise work on façade surfaces
• German language skills from B1
• Willingness to work on assembly assignments
• Work style & social skills – Independent and structured work style as well as strong team and communication skills.
• Personal characteristics – Flexibility, reliability and high performance readiness.
