What to expect

• Timber construction work – Cutting, erection, and assembly of roof trusses, timber frame structures, and other wooden structures.
• Assembly & erection – Erecting roof structures and assembling wall, ceiling, and roof elements.
• Working according to plans – Implementing construction drawings, fabrication plans, and technical specifications on the construction site.
• Renovation & interior finishing – Carrying out repairs, insulation work, and renovation of existing timber structures.
• Workplace safety – Adhering to safety regulations and protective measures when working at heights.

What you bring to the table

• Professional experience – Experience as a carpenter or in comparable activities in timber construction.
• Manual dexterity – Skilled use of woodworking machinery, tools, and fasteners.
• Ability to read plans – Basic understanding of construction plans and structural drawings.
• German language skills – German language skills at level B1 for clear communication within the team and on the construction site.
• Reliability – Diligent way of working, team spirit, and freedom from vertigo when working on roofs and scaffolding.
