What awaits you

• Setting up, equipping, operating, and monitoring CNC milling machines
• Working on dual-spindle machines with Siemens control
• Selection, clamping, and measuring of tools and workpieces
• Milling precision and complex components in individual and series production
• Working according to technical drawings, CAD data, and tolerance specifications
• Program corrections and optimizations directly on the machine
• Dimensional and quality inspections using calipers, micrometers, and 3-point measuring instruments
• Maintenance, cleaning, and care of machines and tools
• On-time execution – Careful, accurate, and timely completion of all tasks.
• Communication & Collaboration – Clear communication and close, cross-departmental collaboration with all internal departments.

What you bring

• Training or relevant experience as a machining technician or CNC milling machine operator
• Setting up, equipping, operating and monitoring CNC milling machines
• Proficient in using Siemens control systems
• Experience with dual-spindle machines is an advantage
• Working according to technical drawings, CAD data and tolerance specifications, including program corrections on the machine
• Dimensional and quality control using callipers, micrometers and 3-point measuring instruments
• German language skills B1 to B2
• Regular day work, no shift work
• Work style & social skills – Independent and structured work style as well as strong team and communication skills.
• Personal attributes – Flexibility, reliability and a high level of commitment.
