What to expect

• CNC Milling – Setup, adjustment and operation of 3- to 5-axis CNC milling machines for machining workpieces.
• Programming – Independent creation, adaptation and optimization of machining programs with Heidenhain controls.
• Manufacturing to drawing – Dimensionally accurate machining of components based on technical drawings and work plans.
• Setup & Tool Presetting – Setting up fixtures, measuring and changing cutting tools, and clamping workpieces.
• Quality Control – Inspecting manufactured workpieces for dimensional accuracy and surface quality using standard measuring equipment.
• Machine Maintenance – Carrying out basic cleaning and maintenance work on the milling centers.

What you bring to the table

• Professional experience – Practical experience in CNC milling and machining.
• Programming skills – Experience in independently programming and operating 3- to 5-axis machines with Heidenhain controls.
• Technical understanding – Confident reading of technical drawings and understanding of manufacturing tolerances.
• German language skills – German language skills at B1 level for workplace communication and work instructions.
• Work style – Independent, diligent, and quality-oriented way of working.
