What awaits you

• Facade insulation – Professional installation and processing of external thermal insulation composite systems (ETICS/EIFS).
• Substrate preparation – Preparing, cleaning, and priming facade surfaces.
• Plastering and filling work – Applying reinforcing coats, embedding mesh, and applying finishing coats.
• Facade renovation – Repairing, restoring, and renewing existing facade structures.
• Quality control – Inspecting completed work for dimensional accuracy, clean transitions, and professional execution.
• Teamwork – Reliable coordination and cooperative collaboration within the team.

What you bring to the table

• Work experience – Experience in facade construction, external thermal insulation composite systems (ETICS) or plastering work.
• Technical expertise – Knowledge in working with common insulation and plastering materials.
• German language skills – B1-level German skills for daily workplace communication.
• Work style – Meticulous, structured and reliable working manner.
• Team spirit – Commitment, dependability and enjoyment of working in a team.
