What to expect

• Assembly support – Assisting with the assembly and installation of electric sliding doors.
• Component assembly – Supporting the mounting of rails, drive units, door leaves, and other components.
• Teamwork – Professional implementation of assembly steps together with experienced fitters.
• Tools & materials – Preparing and providing tools, components, and installation materials.
• On-site work – Carrying out preparatory tasks and simple touch-up work on site.

What you bring to the table

• Experience – Previous experience as an assembly assistant, ideally in a technical or trade environment.
• Manual skills – Confident and proficient handling of standard tools.
• German skills – B2 level German for smooth communication and coordination in day-to-day work.
• Reliability – Punctual, precise, and conscientious way of working.
• Team spirit – Enjoy active collaboration and supporting the assembly team.
