What to expect

• Facade work – Assisting with plastering and rendering work on facades, as well as helping with surface finishing.
• Substrate preparation – Preparing, cleaning, and masking facade surfaces for subsequent work steps.
• Material provision – Mixing and preparing plaster, mortar, and auxiliary materials on site.
• Teamwork – Close collaboration with and support of skilled workers directly on site.
• Construction site organization – Assisting in keeping the work area clean and maintaining the tools used.

What you bring to the table

• Practical experience – Previous experience in facade work, especially rubbing down and plastering.
• Manual dexterity – Confident and meticulous handling of standard construction tools and materials.
• German language skills – German skills at B1 level for reliable communication on the construction site.
• Reliability – Team player, physically resilient, and a conscientious working style.
