• Leadership – Functional and disciplinary leadership as well as further development of the quality team.
• Quality Management – Further development and implementation of a company-wide strategy in close coordination with management.
• Supply Chain – Responsibility for quality along the entire value chain (quality assurance, supplier quality, customer quality).
• Process Optimisation – Analysis and continuous development of processes.
• Norms & Standards – Ensuring compliance with relevant norms and standards.
• Audits – Planning, conducting, and following up on audits.
• Culture – Establishing and promoting a sustainable quality and improvement culture (CIP).

• Education – Completed higher technical education (HTL, university of applied sciences, university, etc.).
• Experience – Several years of practical experience in quality management within an industrial environment.
• Leadership – Leadership experience or a proven ability to develop teams.
• Standards knowledge – In-depth knowledge of relevant quality standards and norms (e.g. ISO 9001, VDA 6.3, IATF 16949, etc.).
• Audit experience – Experience in conducting audits.
• IT skills – Proficiency in working with ERP systems (SAP is an advantage) as well as MS 365.
• Working style – Assertiveness and a solution-oriented approach.
• Languages – Business fluent German and English skills.
• Communication – Excellent communication skills and teamwork abilities.
