What to expect

• Room setup - Setting up and reconfiguring event rooms, as well as flexibly adapting table and room layouts.
• Warehouse organisation - Stocking, monitoring, and organising cold storage facilities and beverage store rooms.
• Event preparation - Setup and breakdown of events, buffets, and various event areas.
• Backstage logistics - Logistical support and coordination of the backstage area.
• Event operations - Ensuring smooth processes before, during, and after events.
• Materials management - Provision, transport, and proper storage of required materials and equipment.

What you bring

• Manual dexterity - Practical understanding and skill in assembly, disassembly, and modification work.
• Physical resilience - Willingness to perform physical work and actively contribute to stadium operations.
• Independence - Independent, structured, and reliable completion of assigned tasks.
• Organizational talent - Ability to plan workflows efficiently and keep track of things even when handling multiple tasks.
• Team spirit - Enjoy working with different teams in the stadium and event sector.
• Professional experience - Ideally experience in logistics, catering, or the event industry.
• Flexibility - Willingness to adapt working hours to the match and event schedule.
• Weekend availability - Occasional assignments on weekends during home games and events.
