What awaits you

• Site coordination – On-site organisation and supervision of installation and building services assembly work.
• Team leadership – Technical supervision, scheduling, and support of the assembly team on the construction site.
• Installation work – Execution and inspection of demanding installation, assembly, and piping work.
• Plan execution – Reliable implementation of technical plans, schematics, and assembly drawings.
• Quality control – Checking the proper execution of all work and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
• Communication & coordination – Close cooperation and continuous coordination with project management and the trades involved.

What you bring to the table

• Professional experience – Experience as a lead fitter/site supervisor or extensive practical experience as a technician/fitter in installation and building services.
• Technical expertise – Sound knowledge in the areas of heating, plumbing, and building services engineering.
• Reading technical plans – Confident reading and implementation of execution and assembly plans.
• Leadership skills – Enjoy guiding and leading team members on the construction site.
• German language skills – B2 German language proficiency for seamless communication and coordination.
• Work approach – Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working, as well as reliability.
