What to expect

• Production work – Assisting with the production process in the sawmill and supporting timber processing.
• Material processing – Handling tasks in cutting, sorting, and stacking sawn timber and wood-based materials according to specifications.
• Machine and system support – Assisting with loading and operating production machinery according to instructions.
• Quality control – Continuous visual inspection of wood products as well as identifying and sorting out defective workpieces.
• Occupational safety – Diligent and conscientious execution of all work steps in compliance with company safety and quality standards.

What you bring to the table

• Production experience – Experience in production, woodworking, or a similar field is an advantage.
• Language skills – German skills at B1 level for safe and clear communication in the workplace.
• Manual dexterity – Confident handling of basic tools and equipment, and good practical understanding.
• Accuracy – Careful and focused working style across all production steps.
• Reliability – Punctual, independent, and responsible way of working.
• Team spirit – Reliable and cooperative collaboration within the production team.
