What awaits you

• Production work – Assisting in the manufacturing and assembly of lighting systems for cars, trucks, and construction machinery.
• Assembly work – Assembly of lights, housings, and other components according to work instructions and specifications.
• Component processing – Inserting, screwing, and connecting electrical and mechanical parts.
• Quality control – Visual and functional inspection of assembled products as well as detecting defective components.
• Clean working practices – Careful execution of all work steps in compliance with quality and safety regulations.

What you bring to the table

• Production experience – Experience in production, assembly, or a similar field is an advantage.
• Manual dexterity – Confident handling of basic tools and good technical comprehension.
• Precision – Diligent and focused way of working, especially with small components and assembly steps.
• Reliability – Independent, punctual, and responsible approach to work.
• Team spirit – Good cooperation with colleagues in production and assembly.
• German language skills – German language skills from level B1 to understand work instructions.
